A Meeting Technology Review

 There are over 300 products in the Meeting Technologies market space. This session can be selected from a range of product functions of interest to the meeting host.  Product functions from web-based tools, on-line registration, room diagramming, trade show management and content management are just a few among many others to select.  Topics covered for the category will include: basic hardware requirements and a review of products in the market space.  All participants will receive a Product Profile Summary of those products covered.  When delivered in a lab environment, when possible, one product will be used to illustrate features and purchasing options.  The intent of this type of session is to make the attendee aware of their choices within the market so they can make informed decisions.  It is not intended to endorse one product over another.
